Hadi Mahfouz
Student in Montpellier, France
Student in Montpellier Business School, and a former student of ESITC Caen (a civil engineering school), I see myself in the future 10 to 15 years as an International Business Developer. What motivates me for this position is the management of cross-cultural teams and international projects, business travel, the fact of having a link with all the areas of business (finance, sales, marketing, accounting, etc...), and much more.
And with all this, why not also having my own small business projects on the side.
Why am I confident in my success, or at least am extremely motivated to work, use my assets and education, and fulfill my dreams?
Because I am someone who never gives up and always finds a way to get things done. I have a real determination to succeed in life, with my ability to set goals and put all my efforts in achieving them, for instance during academic and personal projects I have conducted (even if sometimes I can lose my sense of organization).
I like working in groups and have a very good team spirit, and put all my efforts when the work interests me. However, when not that much interested, I do not use all my motivation, but still do the minimum required (this is a point I am working on).
I'm also a caring person, sociable and friendly, which I think are important qualities in a workplace, although sometimes I can be quiet and shy, or impatient.
Moreover, with my international path and experiences, I know my ability to adapt to any situation, and am not afraid of the unknown or to leave my " confidence zone ".
Finally, having lived abroad, being multilingual and having bathed in multicultural environments all my life , I have a genuine openness to different cultures, which helped me repeatedly to insert myself and adapt in different cities where I have lived, and thus use these adaptation skills in professional contexts.
