Hadley Baker pastors City On A Hill Community Church in Rowlett, Texas, just outside Dallas, and his week reflects the many sides of pastoral ministry: sermon preparation, counseling appointments, weddings, memorial services, leadership development, and time for people who need a pastor on short notice.
