David Haenel

David Haenel is one of the founders of the Finebloom & Haenel, P.A. who has the purpose of offering legal support and assistance. He represents defendants in all kinds of DUI situation all over Orlando and other areas in Florida.

Haenel spend years educating himself on how to handle DUI related crimes such us habitual traffic offense, traffic tickets, traffic crimes and many others. Attorney David Haenel is also a lecturer of breath testing all over Florida. David is the vice-chair of Florida Bar Association's Traffic Court Rules Committee and the author of "Florida DUI Survival Guide: A Citizen's Protective Manual."

Haenel received his degree from Widener Law School and finished his Master's Law at SUNY Buffalo School of Law. At present he is a member of Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Sarasota County Bar Association.
