I am the founder and CEO of Children of Jannah, a global bereavement support charity I launched in 2012 following the death of a child in my family. By applying my training in Positive Psychology and Grief Recovery to my own tragic experience, I have led a successful campaign to create an international network of bereaved parents who would be there for each other.

With a background in teaching, education consultancy and coaching, I have helped transform underachieving high school students and staff into flourishing communities and thriving departments, improving personal performance and raising the bar on standards. My passion for empowering individuals and organisations with the skills to make meaningful decisions and take consistent positive action over the long term is a hallmark of my genuine desire to promote high performance.

My dynamic leadership style, strategic planning and influential networking to recruit a multinational team of dedicated volunteers supporting grieving families has won multiple awards and received widespread acclaim. Appearing on or featuring in BBC World News, BBC World Service, The National (Abu Dhabi), Manchester Evening News, Telegraph and Argus, and Islam Channel, I am no stranger to attracting the media’s attention. My vibrant and energetic personality transcends everything I do and this is evident in my numerous TV interviews.

As a High Performance Coach, my strengths lie in identifying creative interventions to problems faced by people and teams, helping them master their productivity, rewire their psychology and shatter fears so that they can cultivate their confidence whilst optimizing their energy levels. Public service have always played an important role in my life and I firmly believe in delivering real value to my clients and leaving a lasting impact on those I encounter.
