I’m the Founder & CEO of Meddy.

I’m a consumer internet addict with a passion for building products that solve real problems. I have a special interest in content-focused products that help people make better decisions.

I have an obsession with product management, SEO, and crypto. I rant a lot about them on my Twitter. Sometimes when I can’t rant under 140 characters, I take it to Medium and LinkedIn and pour my heart out. I occasionally write guest posts for Entrepreneur MiddleEast magazine to inspire entrepreneurship in the region.

Before running Meddy. I was a confused student at CMU studying Information Systems. While studying there, I interned at Vodafone where I led an Enterprise Cloud Storage Project to help reduce data loss issues faced by a lot of employees. Before that, I interned at Microsoft where I evangelized Windows 8 apps to Microsoft’s Qatar clientele.

I’m currently running Meddy - a doctor discovery platform in GCC aimed at helping people in the region make informed health decisions. I Launched Meddy out of a course project at CMU, recruited 2 other co-founders, and went from an idea to a public beta in 6 weeks. It’s currently the largest online healthcare platform in Qatar & UAE. It’s been extensively covered in major news outlets like Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Entrepreneur, ArabianBusiness, etc.
