Hailey Winter

Im Hailey a small town girl who loves being outdoors, running with my dog, riding my horse, and spending time with my family, boyfriend, and friends. I currently teach 1st grade at HIghland Elementary school in Ault, CO. I just currently earned my degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Before i graduated I work at a childcare center with children ages 1 to 11. I love working with kids and seeing thier minds grow with each year.

I believe that all children grow and develop in their own special way. All children need a secure, safe and nurturing environment to grow and develop in. I want all children to reach their full potential in my classroom. To acheive this goal teachers need to act as a guide and help bridge a students learning, and teachers need to allow each children to be unique and build thier own character inside their classroom.

Teaching for me allows to me to help all children grow and develop in the best possible environment. With more expereince each year of teaching, I become better at educated our futrue generation of children. Children not only need good education, but good communication and social skills to work with peope to help better todays education. I strive to be the best teacher I can be.
