Hailey Holder is a second year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University with a major in Finance. A realistic leader, who is very responsive. She has been through a lot in her life and these experiences have given her a positive outlook and she is always prepared for anything. She values hard work, and devotion in everything that she does. She consistently achieves and surpasses personal, client and organizational goals in terms of everyday life and activities. She creates great business relationships and she is always ready for whatever is thrown her way.
