Hailey Harvey-Campos is a first year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is currently pursuing an energy commerce degree with a certificate in finance. She has an accumulative GPA of 3.76 and is involved in Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma, two honor societies on the Texas Tech campus.
As a first year business student Hailey has participated in several classes such as Introduction to Information Systems and Introduction to Business Professionalism. In taking these courses Hailey utilizes her leadership and presentation abilities in various ways. Through the use of her public speaking skills, Hailey demonstrates her confident demeanor by portraying herself as someone who is very personable and approachable. She aims to use the skills she has developed as a first year student in order to get in to the energy commerce degree program at Texas Tech and further in a professional workplace setting in her future profession. If there was one word to describe Hailey and her work ethic it would be dedicated. She sets goals for herself and puts her best foot forward in order to accomplish them. Energy commerce and finance are two aspects of business that she finds very fascinating and looks forward to pursuing them during her time at the Rawls College of Business.
