Haim Dror is the developer of the TINO methodology and the founder and CEO of HUMINT Solutions. He achieved a BA in economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. He held a variety of senior positions within the intelligence community and has a long career as an ISA (Israel Security Agency) Colonel (retired). His extensive knowledge of governmental intelligence, followed by his experience with the business world, led him to the development of TINO.
