Hey, this is Hakim here, Founder and Developer at BeFriends - HAZHTeq Innovations Pvt Ltd. I started the journey of entrepreneurship back in 2018, while developing BeFriends as a mental health community app, where people can tune in and chat with some Listeners anonymously, and later building on to it for 2 years or more, etched on a Community powered AI backed Emotional Health Support Platform.

Inspiration
They say experience is the best teacher so yes that's what's true here, my personal struggle with stress and depression to a stage of suicidal thoughts; made me realize what's missing in today's world. A small online chat with a soul who never knew me made me feel much better than I had been in months, and so the conceptualization of BeFriends began.
Early Life
Born in Lunawada, a small village in Gujarat, on 17th of January, 1997, was fortunate enough to travel to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with my family, completed majority of my schooling in Our Own Indian School (OOIS), formerly Varkey International Private School (VIPS), where I found passion for Computers and Words, before shifting back to India in 2009, enlisted into Jay Jalaram International School (JJIS) for a semester. and finally settling down in Vadodara, Gujarat where I completed my SSC and HSC from Urmi School & Hostel.
Secured admission in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda for the course of Bachelors of Computer Applications (BCA) exploring the fields like Artificial Intelligence and Human Psychology, developed Emotion Based Music Player System under the guidance of Dr Bharti Trivedi, and developed solutions for Mixed Reality Applications. Finally getting into the Masters from the same University and started breaking things while developing BeFriends there.
Professional Life
Started as an App Developer and Research Head at ITechnoSol, later joining in as Development Lead at Kickstart Solutions. Took the responsibility of CTO at Appalanche Solutions and later decided to form HAZHTeq Innovations Pvt Ltd with products like BeFriends, SafeSavaari, TechnoGrail, and Virtual Walk, incubated at MSISEC.
