Mike Halcom

With over thirty-two years in the Design/Build mechanical industry, Mike has the real world knowledge and experience necessary for today’s energy efficient, sustainable buildings. Mike's proven project leadership for a wide variety of design/build projects. These include numerous office, retail, mixed use, manufacturing, medical, educational, bio-tech and high-tech projects. His ability to maintain a cohesive team effort, using a “hands-on” approach, and his attention to achieving project design, budget and scheduling goals will result in a well managed team and successful project execution. To future sustainability in New Mexico Mike is also an instructor at Central New Mexico College Work Force training center teaching LEED v3-2009
