Initiator. I’m a self-starter. And what I start, I finish. I tackle whatever comes my way. Delegating responsibilities is one of my specialties. I find that my ability to create and organize a game plan from the start culminates in success. No matter what, I follow through.

Planner. Every detail is important, every task significant. Goals shape and drive me toward perfection helping me to perform my best. I find connections between the short term and long term. I live in the present, but I am always looking forward. I forsee the ripple effect of my actions. Discipline puts me ahead of the competition.

I see it as an opportunity to learn and create something better. I am a changer because I act. I evaluate my work. I perfect it until I’m satisfied.

Communicator. I use my voice to connect. To change what I see around me into something better. I see, I analyze, I perform. I see potential in others and I act on it.

Influencer. I am a doer. I connect with people and leave a positive impact wherever I go. I am committed to producing work that reflects my genuine spirit. Creating a lasting impact means starting from the bottom. I put in the hours, I produce the work, I inspire.
