Haley Burgess

My name is Haley Burgess and I have been fortunate enough to share my life, my birthday, and all my memories with my twin sister Lauren. As you see above, Lauren has blonde hair and I have brown hair which makes me stand out from the rest of my family. Having to compete with her my whole life, I have been able to push myself to become the best person that I can be throughout life, share great relationships with others around me, and excel in school. By Lauren picking out each of my flaws daily, I am able to alter how I act around others. I also have someone to compare myself to and with this, I know exactly what to improve on. Lauren definitely has a shy personality which allows me to do more of the talking. This has shaped me into a more outgoing and friendly person. As you also see above, Lauren and I are holding onto each other with our arms. This expresses that I will always give a helping hand to anyone that needs it. I am a person who may care too much about making others around me happy. Lauren is also a very messy person, so picking up on her slack, I have been able improve my cleanliness and organization skills which has helped me to become more successful and manage my time properly. Yes, I do love Lauren very much because she is my twin sister and it is frowned upon if I do not. However, I love her more because of the person she has shaped me to be. If it wasn't for Lauren, then I wouldn't have had the success or developed the spunky personality that I have now. All credit goes to her and I cannot wait to see what happens throughout the many more memories we will share together and the way she will continue to shape me.
