Chris Hall

Brockville, Ontario

I was born a little different than everyone else. I was born with Tourette Syndrome and I was always told that I would never go anywhere. I listened to these people because of it I became Homeless and have battled with all kinds of addictions in my life too.

In 2003 I met my wife and got sober. I think that was one of the hardest thing i did. In 2009 I graduated many years late from high school.

in 2010 I started getting my physical life back on track. I weighted in at over 330 pounds. I knew I needed to do something so I started out riding a bike, and doing P90X®. I lost close to 100 pounds and started my blog.

I inspired other's and then I hit a bit of a downward slide. In 2011 I was Hit by a car, had to have emergency surgery that prevented me from continuing that workout routine. I took up running in November 2011 just 3 weeks out of surgery, and never looked back. After cheering on a friend at a local Triathlon I knew I needed to to do that.

Jump ahead to 2013 and after completing my first Triathlon #KEEPTRIING® was born. I am working on continuing to motivate others and provide support for those who need it. I am not a personal trainer nor do I claim to be.

With #KEEPTRIING we work to raise money for local and national charities. The main one that we support is Operation Come Home whose goals are to prevent homeless youth becoming homeless adults. The reason I support them? They helped me get off the streets and sober the first time.

As we build I will update but until we get everything going please come check out our Facebook page, Instagram, twitter and G+ page.
