Hallie Schauer

Hallie Schauer is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience. While still in high school, she started in healthcare as a volunteer at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, Montana. Hallie worked through nursing school at Montana State University, earning her nursing degree in 1996 while also working at Westpark Village Assisted Living.
After graduation, Hallie moved to Pittsburgh to work at The Woodwell Nursing Home. She later returned to Montana, got her Bachelor's in Nursing in 1998 from MSU, and worked at Deaconess Medical Center, specializing in cancer care.
Hallie gained significant career experience at St. Vincent's Hospital, working in Orthopedics and the Surgery Plus unit. She prepped patients for surgery, cared for them afterward, and worked in the Infusion Unit and Walk-in Clinic. She was known for her skill in managing chemotherapy treatments and handling emergencies.
In 2013, Hallie took a short hiatus from nursing after getting married and moving to Sheridan, Wyoming. While semi-retired, she was actively involved in community programs such as the Powderhorn Ladies Golf Association and raising money for patient care. In 2018, Hallie joined the Welch Cancer Center, working full-time at the Covid Testing Center during the pandemic.
Hallie loves spending time with her grandkids outside of her career. She also enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and golfing with her husband. They have competed in several prominent golf tournaments across the U.S. She lives in Sheridan, Wyoming, and enjoys spending time in Arizona during the winter.
