Mark Hallisey

I am the father of two beautiful people, Kelly and Ian. I currently teach high school students how to be electricians. I have recently become a soccer fanatic. I enjoy good conversations. I believe people have the right to be happy. "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" should be a goal and vigorously fought for. And at the end of the day, a cold beer shared with an intelligent, funny partner makes it all worthwhile.
