Established in 1996, Hallmark Trust provides trust formation and management services and issues MasterCard prepaid and credit card in the Turk and Caicos Islands. Hallmark Trust holds membership with MasterCard Worldwide and is carefully regulated by the Financial Services Commission, as well as all legislation pertaining to Banking, Trust, and Money Laundering Ordinances.
