Hamada Yuri

I'm Yuri, community designer & hosting team at Hub Tokyo as an internship, majoring Management at Yokohama City University in Japan. I truly believe there is in need of the ecosystem for social good in the world, also in Tokyo. Because there are so many kinds of organizations & individuals whose vision is to Make the World Good having common problems of their lack of resources such as funds, expertise, mentor and so on. The Hub & Hub Tokyo is the place to solve such problem by sharing resources & accelerating collaboration over sector for social good. My role is to design workshop for changemakers. Through both experiencing of organizing & joining workshop, to design meaningful workshop, I came to know it is important to make an appropriate question for the participants. Also, I'll plan the accelerating programs for social entrepreneur, so I want to learn how to make meaningful accelerating programs.

I worked 3 years as a care giver for ALS patient. And also have worked 2 years as a Human Resource of this job. I worked 6months as an Marketing & PR staff at Eigo Pro.LLC offering short-term Exchange program in UCSD. I made marketing strategy and successfully socialized the company using Twitter and facebook.

I love food, music (both lisening & singing) and travel around the world. My favorite Chinese song is 你不知道的事 (ni bu zhi dao de shi) by 王力宏(Lee-hom Wang).
