Born in Azimpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh in the mid-70s.
He has been working in the field of HRM for more than 22 years in several renowned organizations of the country. In the past, he worked as Head of HR, Head of HRD, Manager (Admin & HR), etc. At present, he is working at Southeast University as an Asst. Registrar(HR).

For the last 8 years, he has been working at Southeast University, leading the HR Dept. efficiently. He has expertise in recruitment and selection, Performance Management, Implementing HRPP, And facilitating training and development programs.
He is also an expert in Educational Administrative Management.
He has attended several international workshops and seminar /festivals in abroad. On April 2025, he attended a day-long program, “SCS Career Expo & Networking Event” organized by the School of Continuing Studies, University of Toronto, Canada. The Theme was: Growth, opportunity, and the power of Professional connection.
He was invited and participated in Smart Education Expo- 2022 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in Sep.2022 and HR Festival Asia-2019 held in May 2019.
During the last 15 years, apart from his professional achievements, he has been actively engaged with the top most civil rights / social welfare organizations of Bangladesh, which are as follows:
