Work experience;-

Mar 04/2013 –present , I am working with commercial bank of Ethiopia as junior officer and customer service officer with the following duties and responsibilities such as serving customer of the bank by affecting their account transaction , debiting and crediting cash to and from their account, paying teller , maker/checker, account opening ,auditing teller transaction and fund transaction management .

Dec 10/2012- Mar 04/2013 , I have worked with cooperative bank of Oromia as graduate trainee position and assigned with the following duties and responsibilities as affecting customer account transaction management, local money transfer , account opening and managing bank operation telegram management .

Skills;-

Computer skills -I have computer skills such as MS-word, MS-excel and MS-PowerPoint typing and type writer skills.

Personal skills –such as interpersonal communication, working with co-worker, good personality, problem solving skills, planning skills, data analysis and reporting skills

Training;-I have taken on job training that include short term training organized by commercial bank of Ethiopia anti-corruption and one week training on foreign currency and foreign money remittance .

Academic training;- I have taken very important course that are relevant to your organizational operation such as human resource administration, public personnel administration , project planning and administration, budgeting and control , public finance and taxation , organizational behaviors and theory , conflict management , organizational development, policy making and analysis and many more.
