Education is the sole area in which I can best express myself. My most important goal is to focus on needs in the most accurate way to determine what it is that wants to be said and to ensure that the necessary solution recommendations are communicated to individuals and the institutions they make up. I determine the necessary knowledge, skills and proficiencies on the path to the ideal and always keep the importance of lifelong education on the foreground, both for myself and the persons and institutions i work with, learning more and more with each step. Özgan currently works as a Customer Solutions Manager at Management Centre Türkiye. After continuing his professional career in the sales departments of companies like Yapı Kredi Pension and Pronet, he took on the role of Training and Consultancy Director at the Training and Consultancy Department of Festo, where he started in 2007. He served many companies in the area of vocational training during this time, taking part in all processes from the preparation of professional standards for the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK) to certification and accreditation and the creation of an academic foundation for the unit he manages. He helped extend long-term master programs developed together with many universities and international solutions partners throughout Turkey. He took part in the "World Skills" Turkey event. He was chosen as "Value Ambassador" from Turkey for Festo's corporate identity renewal project. He participated in the year-long "Festo Leadership Initiative" training held in Festo Germany in 2010. He participated in career days at universities throughout Turkey for the programs he developed for university students. He worked as Training Director at Samsung Turkey and PSA Peugeot Citroen Financing Inc. He took charge as director and enforcer in the entire process of establishing training departments and increasing the knowledge, skills and proficiency of branch organizations at both companies where he worked. A graduate of the Technical Education Faculty at Marmara University, Özgan continued his academic career by completing his master's degree at the Technology Education Department of the Institute of Science at the same university. He participated in workshops on training management at the Metropolitan College of New York. During that same time, he did research on home schooling. In 2007, he participated in accreditation training at the International Coaching Federati
