Extensive Experience: In setting up a pastry and in creating exclusive all kind of products including pastries, cakes, deserts and others confectionery products. Proficient in planning, staffing, store inventory management and hygienic environment. Distinction of being trained under the expert guidance of international chefs. Possess an adaptable, flexible approach to work and good organization skills.

Specialties:Desserts, Morning Bakery Pastry Breakfast Hands on all pastries production shop and Ala carte cakes. Chef preparing desserts and other confectionery product on daily basis. Update new trends and pastry.

1) Working with the team member to ensure the kitchen is clear

2) Maintaining highest standard of hygiene level in the kitchen at all the time.

3) To maintain all the record keeping of the food temperature as per Qatar municipality.

4) Worked closely with the chef, adhere company rules &regulation

5) Assists Pastry Chef white desert preparation.

6) Decorating and plating various pastries and deserts

7) Compliance with all recipes according to the menu plan

8) Adherence to cleanliness and hygienic regulations in compliance with HACCP and company standards

9) Ability to work long hours and under pressure

10) Attention to detail and patience
