My name is Shannon Hamilton. I am recent undergraduate from the University of South Florida. I received a Bachelor’s degree Interdisciplinary Social with two concentrations are Communications and Sociology. After graduation I worked in the Human Services field. Currently, I am a counselor working with adults who have substance abuse issues. I have been doing this occupation not for long but so far I enjoy doing it.

After receiving my Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences in May 2012 I was unaware which direction I wanted to go as far as a career. I was encouraged to start this program by my godmother who has a Master’s in Arts (Adult Education). I have been enrolled since Summer 2014.

I am proud single parent of a five-year-old daughter, Cassidy. She is my motivation to keep striving for the best so she and I can have a great life. My hobbies involves going places with my daughter and other family members and just spending quality time.
