I am CEO and co-founder of OneLeap. OneLeap helps some of the world's largest companies be more entrepreneurial. Working with a global community of successful entrepreneurs across 35+ countries, we build new ventures and business models, develop entrepreneurial leaders and transform organisations. I lead our strategy work with top FTSE100/Fortune500 companies often at excom level, and I speak regularly on strategic innovation around the world. Prior to OneLeap I was a senior adviser in the UK Prime Minister's Strategy Unit. In my previous life I have worked in China negotiating an international trade treaty, explored commercial strategy for virtual worlds, built non-profits, and wrote and directed amateur theatre. I'm a New Zealander, in NY/LON .
