I chair a Vistage CEO Advisory Group which helps CEOs in the North West of England make better decisions, get better results, become better leaders and lead more fulfilling lives.

As a Vistage Chair, I act as facilitator and executive business coach for groups of leaders providing board level leadership development, performance improvement and helping build high performance teams. Vistage provides an environment where group members can advise one another by testing plans, assumptions and decisions, and can learn from a world-wide network of the very best business experts.

Alongside Vistage, I am a Chartered Accountant and run my own Coaching and Development business, act as a Non Executive Director and I am also an Angel Investor.

I am based in Chorley and have two children.
