Hamlin Grange is a Diversity and Inclusion Strategist and President of DiversiPro Inc. This former award-winning journalist is an intercultural development expert and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) that measures and develops the level of intercultural awareness and sensitivity among individuals and teams. For more than 15 years Hamlin has used approaches and diversity initiatives that have helped organizations to succeed in being reflective, responsive and relevant to the changing markets and communities they serve. Hamlin's experience working with a variety of organizations in a range of sectors has helped to make workplaces and individuals more inclusive, productive and interculturally competent. His hobbies include cycling and photography.
