I'm an Assistant Manager Billing (Executive Cadre) at Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), one of Pakistan's largest public utility organisations. Over the past two-plus years, I have progressed from Management Trainee Officer to a leadership role in billing operations — managing complex billing cycles, driving regulatory compliance, and leading resolution of escalated customer issues across Karachi Division.

My academic background combines an MBA in Human Resources with a BBA (Hons) in Banking & Finance — giving me a rare blend of people management acumen and financial process expertise. On the ground, I leverage Oracle Utilities CRM to manage large-scale consumer accounts and coordinate across finance, field operations, and customer service functions.

Before joining SSGC, I contributed to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) as an HR Intern, where I gained early exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement in a large national organisation.

I am ambitious about growing within SSGC's leadership pipeline — taking on broader operational responsibilities, contributing to policy and process improvements, and building teams that deliver measurable results. I believe that strong billing operations are not just a back-office function; they are central to customer trust and organisational sustainability.
