I have spent 15 years building, investing and selling ideas, teams and companies. Most have failed. Some have flown. I have lived on four continents, worked on three.

For the last two years, I have been working with one of the worlds leading thinkers on organisation and company design. With Dean Emeritus Henley Business School, Professor Chirs Bones, we are building companies that respond to their customers faster than any competitor.

To do this, we seek and own the worlds most compelling customer data. We then enable organisations to respond to this data - from their operating boards through to the sales functions. As one FTSE 100 CEO stated: 'it is changing the way we work'.
