Greg Hammond

Welcome! I created this page out of interest of my WordPress Project for school but I might maintain it since it seems like a different way to promote yourself online.

I am currently a student at Fullerton College working towards a degree in both CIS(Computer Information Systems) and Psychology. I will most likely transfer with my CIS degree however. My passion resides in networking and I feel I could do that day in and day out without feeling like it was work. Psychology is a hobby, Im sure a lot of people would consider grabbing both a waste of time, but lets be honest, how many IT people really understand humans, cmon' we interface pins and ports all day and speak in 1's and 0's.

It might be obvious I am a bit nerdy, I do my best to keep up on technology but with recent load at school it makes it a bit difficult. Ill be using WordPress and Blogging about my interest(hopefully regularly) to keep me up to date in the field.

I do have a love for learning and cutting edge technology though. Technology for me is what life is about, new bleeding edge tech that barely works without a thousand page manual is my specialty. I dont like the tried and true, I like to crash and burn and pick up the pieces and start over.

Of course Ill be changing this from time to time.
