Hello there!

I am Markus, an entrepreneurial-minded social media specialist and marketer from Finland. I am M. Sc. (Econ.) from the Hanken School of Economics and have always been keen on marketing, especially customer relationship marketing and digital marketing. Today, I work as part-time entrepreneur with focus on marketing training and coaching.Previously I have worked among others as Marketing Manager, Training Manager and Sales Manager. The fields of marketing and sales really inspire me.

Topics and branches that I am keen to work with include but are not limited to: marketing planning and management, customer service and customer relationship management, service and product development projects, customer loyalty programs, e-commerce and digital marketing, brand development and key account management.
