At Triplebyte, I head our Talent Community; leading our Interviewer and Talent Support Teams, while also driving our Diversity Growth initiatives. Recently, I have also taken on HRBP work.
At Sourceress, I worked in both client-facing and internal ops roles, to ensure that our client partners received the best possible candidates, as quickly as possible.
At Hired, I scaled 3 functions (Curation, Customer Support, and Candidate Scheduling) across North America, APAC, and EMEA.
