I am happily married & hard working!!! I currently do maintenance for my landlady & love it!!! Currently maintain,mow,paint,reconstruct,patch,etc,28 rentals,18 are Trailers & 10 apartments. I can give references!!! I have been doing maintenance, & restore since 2004. I was raised helping my grandpa roof & paint homes. I finished drywall in Florida for 7 years. I know how to paint,patch holes,lay carpet,light plumbing & electrical,seal coat,hang paneling,caulk,mow,pet sit,house clean,etc. Will do almost any job!!! Also have electronics,coats,blankets,george foreman grill,stem ware,ceramics,tables,sewing machine,computer monitors/tvs 15 1/2 in. one is Samsung & other is MEG.
