Hani Zeini

Hani Zeini is the Founder and Chairman of Elissar Advisors, an organization that focuses on value creation and business success through advisory services and executive-level structured programs. He is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and Aesthetics Medicine industry. Zeini has demonstrated his expertise across a range of roles, from startups to Fortune-100 companies in both public and private sectors.

Starting his career as an Analyst/Team Leader at DuPont, Zeini progressed through various leadership positions before becoming the EVP/Head of INAMED Aesthetics, where he was responsible for the Breast & Facial Aesthetics businesses in North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Sientra Inc. in 2006, a company dedicated to providing plastic surgeons and patients with new options in the aesthetics field. He successfully broke a 20-year duopoly in the U.S. market and introduced innovative products, establishing Sientra as a leader in its field.

Zeini's career also includes significant roles as CEO of Pharmasmarket.com, COO of Acurian, SVP of Global Health Systems at DuPont Pharmaceuticals, and a Strategic Industry Advisor role at Allergan. He has been the Owner and Chairman of Elissar Strategic Advisors since 2017 and served as a Strategic Advisor at Establishment Labs. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Miami and completing the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
