Fixed Income & Interest Rate Risk Analysis

Conducted yield curve analysis using Python/Excel to assess duration, convexity, and IRR impacts on fixed income portfolios.

M&A Transaction Analysis – M&T Bank (Finance Academy Badge)

Conducted end-to-end M&A transaction analysis for a potential Fulton Bank acquisition, including strategic rationale, target screening, deal structuring, and synergy / accretion-dilution analysis.

Built three-statement financial models and performed valuation analysis (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions), preparing investment memorandums and presentation materials using public filings and industry data.

Valuation & Cash Flow Modeling Analysis

Built detailed cash flow–based valuation models in Excel to estimate value under multiple operating and market scenarios.

Performed DCF-based valuation, including sensitivity and scenario analysis, to assess key value drivers and risks.

Correlation Analysis for BRICS

Created program using Python to conduct correlation analysis between BRICKS currencies and USD using machine learning algorithms to analyze trends and relationships.

Used Isolation Forest algorithm to detect anomalies in the collection of forex market data.

Regression analysis of Stock trends

Completed a project on analyzing stock trends and stock value of TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) using regression analysis and the CAPM model.

Wrote a report on the relationship between correlation and regression in stock trends, highlighting a 0.85 correlation coefficient between TCS stock and market returns, along with a beta of 1.2 from the CAPM analysis.

Supervised Research Equities- Capstone

Develop and manage a virtual investment portfolio, analyze financial metrics, and deliver insights on market trends, portfolio performance, and investment strategy over a period of 80 days.

Conducting a security valuation of Deckers company, presenting a buy, hold, or sell recommendation with risk assessment, following the CFA guidelines.
