I am an innovator. I am an opportunist. A problem solver. I want to create noise--the good kind. Give me an inch, I’ll make a mile out of it. Think: creative solutions on a tight budget.

I am an initiator. From conversations to projects, I take the term “self-starter” seriously. I activate. I follow through. It’s as simple as that.

I am instinctive. I thrive in the “hot seat.” My cool head and even-temper helps me make rational decisions under pressure. I keep it fresh by thinking outside the box. True results take time but I’m not afraid to go with my gut and experiment until I find a solution.

I am inquisitive. I’m thirsty. Thirsty for knowledge. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my skills to better serve a business’ strategic needs. I see each precious minute of my life as a learning opportunity in the making.

I am inspiring. I inspire as I lead, but I follow too. I am in my element when I am working to solve a problem in a group dynamic. My ability to lead, delegate and follow makes me a triple threat.
