Hi guys, I am currently enrolled in the World Teachers Programme at ICLON and teaching Art as a student teacher at a bilingual school in Amsterdam. Before starting the WTP, I studied Art History and Museum Studies. During and after my masters I worked in an art museum in Leiden and had a job as a university lecturer at the Art History department of Leiden University.

From teaching experience thus far I can say that I highly enjoy teaching; I like to create a connection with my students and help them to learn in a way that is fitting to their knowledge, skills, and personalities. I particularly like teaching art because, as the artist Anni Albers put it, art is something that makes you breathe with a different kind of happiness :). Being a CLIL teacher is new to me and I find it both interesting and challenging at this moment.

Am looking forward to work on this ICLIL project and exchange ideas!
