I am a 42-year old wife and mother of four. Two of the children are under the age of three. I love motherhood but find that I need additional energy to keep up with the daily pace of life. I have also found that health and wellness are key to a long and happy life. I enjoy network marketing, social media and helping others improve their own health. I also enjoy crafts, cooking, sewing, embroidery, and scrapbooking. My goals are to have the energy and strength to be actively involved in my children's life and continue to have a happy and active life with my husband which includes family activities, travel and evening workouts.
