Hannah Robertson
My name is Hannah Robertson and I have been dancing and performing since the age of six. Since the age of eighteen I have been dancing and choreographing professionally. My styles vary from classical ballet, showgirl, burlesque, contemporary and jazz. I have recently started training in static trapeze and silks. In high school I appeared in Star Struck on many occasions and in 2007 I began training at Pivot Studio, from there I have gone on to perform in several amateur productions such as High School Musical, Witches of Eastwick, Miss Saigon, Rocky Horror, Sala's Vegas Christmas Show, Sala's Burlesque Show, private functions, Birdcage Burlesque at The Cambridge Hotel and McDonalds Corporate Function at The Star City Casino. I have recently begun appearing in Soulfire Cabaret as a dancer / acrobat, performing routines that involve dance and counter balance. I trained at Miss Heidi's School of Dance, Cooks Hill for 14 years and I have completed workshops at Sydney Dance Company, BBO workshops at McDonald College and The Australian Contortion Festival. Next to dancing, teaching and choreographing are my other loves. I teach for several studios but mainly for Pivot and Centre Stage performing Arts with its subsidiary for disabled students - Performability.
