I am a public health professional with expertise in health promotion and community based health care.

I have worked across the life spectrum in areas including: prenatal health, maternal and newborn health, sexual health, newcomer and refugee health, food security, chronic disease management, HIV, and long-term care.

I completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science, a Post Graduate Certificate in Food Security, and a Masters in Public Health.

I have global health experience in Mali, Tanzania, Cuba, Chile and working with the World Health Organization HQ in Geneva.

In my work I use evidence informed practice, results based management, theory of change, program evaluation, quality improvement methodologies and knowledge translation. I apply adult education and experiential learning to my facilitation approaches and am committed to inclusion, anti racism, anti oppression, equity and diversity.

I offer consultancies based in Toronto and remotely, ranging from needs assessments, survey development, data analysis, rapid reviews, program planning, program evaluation, community based research and project management.

Tools and applications used include: SPSS, NVivo, data visualization, GSuite, Microsoft Office.
