I am a book. When it’s really good, you just can’t put the book down. You need to keep going. You keep going on and on to the next book and the next, even if it’s a little messy and confusing. When I’m writing, I can’t stop. I need to keep the story going. Everything must be done at once, in one sitting, with no breaks. When the writing starts to flow, I tend to drag on and anything can come out. I’m not someone who proofreads during the essay, fixing and tinkering. I like to clean things up at the end because I know I was able to let everything out and nothing was forgotten. A book is an intellectual journey as is my writing. I am a book.
