YOGA:

Hannah has found her purpose to heal, and project a healthy and happy lifestyle through her own therapeutic ideas, her unique talents and creativity. She has completed two yoga teacher trainings with Core Power Yoga and now teaches a variety of yoga classes for all levels and ages including children. These flow-based classes are highly influenced by her knowledge of dance and the anatomy of the body. Hannah believes that every day has something to teach you and an opportunity for growth. All she has learned has laid the unfinished path to where she is today and where she will be in the future.

DANCE:

Hannah first slipped her feet into some dancing shoes at 9 years old and there they stayed. She danced all styles but kept a consistent foundation of classical ballet. This led her to the big city of New York a few times to leap and turn with some of the most prestigious companies, School of American Ballet and American Academy of Ballet. Hannah also competed all styles for her hometown studio in Omaha, NE. Performing was her passion and still is every now and again but her dedication is to her students. No matter what the topic, or style of dance, Hannah’s classes are lots of fun and educational. With nanny experience, she is great with all ages of children. Hannah offers her array of knowledge to her students so that they may express themselves through movement and love to dance.

BODYWORK/MASSAGE:

Massage changed Hannah’s life. Before massage school she never really felt in her body. But with the extensive training in anatomy and physiology, she broadened her awareness. Hannah took additional programs to expand her pallet and dive deeper into the subjects she loved. She went to Kripalu for there school of Ayurveda. Reflexology and Marma, are also some of the therapies she specializes in along with Swedish, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, TMJ and Whiplash Treatment, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, Energy Work, Rakki, and Abhyanga. Now all she wants is to share her experience with the healing arts to help those in need that cross her path.

ART:

Knitting, sewing, painting and molding, Hannah has been figuring out ways to create it and make whatever it is beautiful. She weaves in her creative flair in all she does. She enjoyed graphic design school and now has her hands dipped in a variety of medium. She teaches with as much creativity as she uses in her artwork. The curri
