I lead trainings for new Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and I specialize in trainings about leading powerful retrospectives. I don't use a standard training manual. Instead, I always customize my programs for the particular context and needs of the team. I especially love working with teams with a social impact mission.

My experience also includes training thousands of college students and young professionals on the topics of social impact careers, service-learning, and community organizing.

Through ScrumYourWedding.com, I provide coaching to couples who want to apply Agile principles to their wedding-planning process (making the experience fun and pain-free).
