Hello, my name is Hannah. I am studying BSc Food Science and Technology at Nottingham Trent University.
I have always had a passion for this subject area, particularly looking at how diet can make such an impact on diseases.
I chose to study BSc (Hons) Food Science and Technology as it meant I could explore all the different options without limiting myself to one specific area. This course covers all the different aspects within the food industry.
