Originally from Georgia, Hannah is currently pursuing her BFA in Directing through the the School of Drama at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a playwright, as a director, and as an actor, Hannah approaches theatre as a catalyst for social change and believes in the awesome power that exists at the intersection of art and activism.

Hannah is most compelled by theatre that is by and for women. Her artistic "modus operandi" is to create intimate and honest work which humanizes those individuals who are most commonly represented as "issues" to discuss, as opposed to people with whom we should have discussions. Most specifically, Hannah's heart - and her art - belongs to the lesbian community.

When not in the rehearsal room, Hannah can likely be found volunteering at the local rabbit rescue, which stakes its claim on that small section of her soul that has not otherwise been promised to the proliferation of lesbian feminist theatre.
