Hannah Morin

UMass Amherst Graduate in Amherst, Massachusetts

Recent graduate with excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills and experience in the field of school counseling. Seeking a role in an educational environment to act as a trustworthy source of direction and work with students to achieve their personal and academic goals.

I hope to attend a graduate program to earn a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. My ultimate goal is to become a high school guidance counselor. Through this position, I will help my students learn how to help themselves by teaching them valuable skills and serving as a support system to facilitate personal and academic growth. My experience as an intern in a high school guidance office and as a program coordinator at an international conflict resolution summer camp have provided me with the skills necessary to be successful in this field.

I strive to approach each day with enthusiasm, passion, and positive energy. Working in education will allow me to be a life long learner and the field of Psychology will help me keep an open mind, both of which I value highly. I am passionate about helping people, especially young adults, and I hope to enable each of them to lead a life that they are passionate about.
