Hannah Weiss

My name is Hannah Weiss, and I am so excited to be a freshman studying political science at the University of Georgia and living in Athens, Georgia. I graduated as the salutatorian of Riverwood International Charter School in Atlanta, Georgia in May.

In high school, I was captain of the girls' varsity cross country team, President of the Interact Club, Vice President of Science National Honor Society, and a member of the National Honor Society. Outside of school, I was a member of two local philanthropic organizations, Andee's Army Youth Advisory Board and the Bachman Youth Fund. In college, I hope to continue my community service and philanthropic work as well as running. In the summer, I work as a swim coach for my neighborhood swim team.

In my free time, I enjoy running, spending time with my family and friends, playing with my pets, reading, and listening to country music.
