Hannah Perlich
As an Independent Account Representative with Global Title and Closing Services, LLC, Hannah Perlich works with a wide network of banks, lenders, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and loan officers in completing title and closing transactions. Ms. Perlich also helps clients achieve mortgage modifications and credit restoration. A member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers for the past three years, she is also licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), which serves as a nationwide databank of mortgage companies and loan officers. Ms. Perlich earned degrees in Business Management and Psychology at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota. Hannah Perlich is a firm believer in giving back to her community through grassroots level volunteer action. She has participated in flood relief efforts in North Dakota, in cleanup initiatives in Chicago, and in Habitat for Humanity International home building projects. She and her family have volunteered together numerous times at Thanksgiving soup kitchens and with Meals on Wheels. A member of the Sanctuary Covenant Church, Ms. Perlich has helped fund missionary work in South Africa and Honduras as well as Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. She also participates in the church-sponsored Love Minneapolis program, which engages in civic projects that beautify the city and bring neighbors together. Hannah Perlich has participated in monthly volunteer work with Love Minneapolis that includes painting over graffiti, home repair, and yard maintenance for the elderly. Having grown up as a member of a church choir, Hannah Perlich has a longstanding interest in music, theater, and the arts. Family is of central importance to Ms. Perlich, and she makes her free time available to care for an extended family of nieces and nephews.
