Hannah Reed

At 21, I am in the second year at the University of Gloucestershire in the UK, studying Marketing, Advertising and Communications. I am looking for a years placement to start between August/September 2013. I absolutely love marketing and can't wait to start my career.

My second passion is for motorsports. I have always been around cars and attending race meetings since I was months old. In 2011, I i competed in sprints and hill climbs in an Aston Martin DB7 (Pictured) and won three trophies in four races.

To continue my career with my two biggest passions, motorsport and marketing, is the ultimate dream. I have tried to gain as much experience as possible through an internship at Aston Martin, working in the marketing department and assisting in events in the UK and at Spa race circuit in Belgium. I am starting a trial week in the hope of a job over the summer assisting in organising a classic and supercar weekend and have the chance to shadow several departments at an Audi Dealership to learn the other side of Marketing. I love events, advertising, sponsorship and all other sides of marketing.

I am hoping that, with the opportunity my placement year offers, I will be able to widen my knowledge of all motorsports worldwide and would love to do so on American soil. I am passionate, hard working and determined and will do anything to succeed in my dream career.
