Hans Johnson

I am a sophomore at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA, double majoring in Robotics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. I was a member of FIRST Robotics Team 3018 Nordic Storm for five years, and the design & fabrication captain for my last three. I have built very strong skills in Autodesk Inventor, modeling in great detail all of our mechanical systems and working with mentors and sponsors to manufacture parts. I learned strong mechanical design and machining skills, while learning the importance of prototyping and iterative design, and working under tight budget and time constraints. I am interested in further developing my design and modeling skills, and working on new, challenging projects with a team of engineers, designers, and fabricators.
