Hans Meier SCS

Born on the 4th of February 1956 in Zurich /Switzerland. From 1976 to 1993, works as an electrician/gaffer for about 35 feature films, countless commercials, documentaries and corporate movies.
In 1993/94, on Krzysztof Kieslowski’s Trilogy “Three Colors : Blue - White - Red”, he makes his last films as a gaffer and is also assigned the 2nd camera operator on “Red”.
Having become director of photography in 1994, he’s made over 40 feature length films ever since.
He works actually also as a director/cinematographer for advertising and corporate films.
